GhostPlug Refund Policy

14 days, no questions

Request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, for any reason. With a 7-day free trial you can check GhostPlug works on your Mac before buying.

How to request

Email stormychel@me.com with your Gumroad order number or the email you bought with. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

After 14 days

Later requests are handled case by case. We generally agree within 60 days if GhostPlug stopped working through a change on our side, or through a macOS update that we could not fix.

When a refund is processed

Gumroad marks the purchase refunded.
Within about a day, GhostPlug notices at its next license check. The resolution you kept stays, but new changes need a license again.
