TrackHound Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how TrackHound ("App") handles information when you use the app on Apple platforms.

1. Data We Process

2. How Data Is Used

Data is used only to operate core app functionality: showing your position on the map, planning and displaying routes, geocoding addresses you provide, and managing offline regions. Routing happens fully on-device.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. The App does not include analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs. Map tile requests to OpenFreeMap are governed by their own terms.

4. Data Retention

Locally stored data (routes, waypoints, preferences, downloaded regions) remains on your device until you remove it from within the App or uninstall the App.

5. Security

We rely on Apple platform protections, including app sandboxing, to help protect data processed by the app.

6. Children's Privacy

TrackHound is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top indicates the latest version.
