TrackHound License Agreement

Effective date: May 27, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Michel Storms for your use of TrackHound on Apple platforms.

1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TrackHound for personal, non-commercial route planning and navigation.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the App in violation of applicable law. You may not extract, redistribute, or commercially exploit the routing logic, map data, or downloaded regional data bundled with or fetched by the App.

3. Ownership

The App, including its design, code, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Michel Storms. Map and routing data is provided under the terms of its respective open data licenses (including OpenStreetMap's ODbL).

4. Third-Party Terms

Use of TrackHound is also subject to Apple platform terms, operating system policies, OpenStreetMap's ODbL, and the terms of any map tile providers used by the App (including OpenFreeMap).

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. No warranty is made about the accuracy or suitability of any route, road, or path returned by the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michel Storms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
