PickDatePlace Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PickDatePlace ("App"), provided by Michel Storms ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
PickDatePlace does not require account creation for core participation features. You are responsible for your device access and activity performed through the App on your device.
2. Service Description
PickDatePlace helps users create and respond to date/time polls for events. Organizer features may include paid subscriptions or one-time purchases.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- Some organizer features require payment.
- Subscription products auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store, subject to Apple's terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of poll titles, descriptions, and responses you create. You grant us a limited license to process and display this content solely to operate the App.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
