This Privacy Policy describes how PickDatePlace ("App") handles information when you use the app on Apple platforms.
1. Data We Process
- Poll content you enter (titles, descriptions, date/time options).
- Participation responses (availability selections).
- Purchase and entitlement information provided by Apple StoreKit.
2. How Data Is Used
We use data only to operate core app functionality: creating polls, recording responses, syncing app state between app and iMessage extension, and validating paid organizer access.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Payment transactions are handled by Apple, and Apple may process related purchase data under Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
4. Data Retention
Poll and response data is retained on-device and associated storage used by the app unless removed by the user or by uninstalling the app.
5. Security
We use platform-provided protections (Apple frameworks and app sandboxing). No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
6. Children's Privacy
PickDatePlace is rated 4+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal data online from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data in connection with the App, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate.
