PickDatePlace License Agreement

Effective date: February 9, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Michel Storms for your use of PickDatePlace on Apple platforms.

1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PickDatePlace for personal and internal event-planning purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the App in violation of applicable law.

3. Ownership

The App, including design, code, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Michel Storms.

4. Third-Party Terms

Use of PickDatePlace is also subject to Apple Media Services Terms and App Store rules, including subscription billing policies where applicable.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michel Storms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
