PawMode Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PawMode ("App"), provided by Michel Storms ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and Pairing

PawMode uses device-based pairing via Apple CloudKit. No separate account creation is required. You are responsible for safeguarding the pairing code used to connect your devices.

2. Service Description

PawMode monitors device thermal state and displays a live camera feed with customizable reassurance messages. It supports two-device pairing for remote monitoring of vehicle conditions.

3. In-App Purchases

Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. The App is intended for monitoring conditions in parked vehicles and similar enclosed spaces.

5. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. PawMode is a monitoring aid and does not replace proper safety measures for pets, children, or property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
