ListSweep Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ListSweep ("App"), provided by Michel Storms ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The Service
ListSweep provides utilities that work with Apple Reminders (and may expand to Calendar) via system APIs such as EventKit. It is provided as a paid one-time App Store purchase unless otherwise stated on the App Store product page.
2. License
Subject to these Terms and the App Store rules, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ListSweep on devices associated with your Apple ID, as allowed by Apple’s media services terms.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for granting or denying Reminders (and any future) permissions.
- You are responsible for the content of your reminders and calendars.
- You must use ListSweep only in ways that comply with applicable law and Apple’s terms.
4. No Warranty
ListSweep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that bulk updates will always succeed across every calendar account type or network condition.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michel Storms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use of ListSweep. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
6. Third-Party Services
ListSweep relies on Apple frameworks (including EventKit) and the App Store. Those services are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policies.
7. Termination
You may stop using ListSweep at any time by deleting the App. We may stop distributing the App or updates at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
