HoverCalc Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HoverCalc ("App"), provided by Michel Storms ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

HoverCalc is made available for use on compatible Apple platforms. You are responsible for your own device configuration and local environment.

2. Service Description

HoverCalc is a productivity calculator app with menu bar and floating panel workflows for fast local calculations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
