ClaudGet End-User License Agreement
This is the EULA for ClaudGet, a macOS application sold through Gumroad.
1. License grant
You (“the customer”) are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use ClaudGet on any number of Macs you personally own or use. The license is tied to the license key issued to you on purchase.
2. Trial
ClaudGet can be used free for 7 days from first launch. After that it keeps showing the last usage it fetched but stops refreshing until a license key is activated.
3. What ClaudGet does
ClaudGet reads the usage limits of your own Claude account, and, when you connect them, your Codex and Grok Build accounts. It shows them in the app, the menu bar and desktop widgets. Claude is read from a claude.ai session you sign in to inside the app. Codex and Grok are read by running the CLIs you have installed. It does not send prompts, read conversations, or change anything in those accounts.
Claude usage is read from the same web pages claude.ai shows you. Codex and Grok usage is whatever those CLIs report. Any of them may change, and ClaudGet may stop working for that provider until it is updated. Compatibility is best-effort, not guaranteed.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key.
- Use ClaudGet with a Claude, Codex, or Grok account you are not authorized to use.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
5. Third parties
ClaudGet is independent software. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, or xAI. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic PBC. Codex is a trademark of OpenAI. Grok is a trademark of xAI. Your use of each service remains subject to that service’s own terms.
Purchases, receipts, and license keys are handled by Gumroad under Gumroad’s terms.
6. No warranty
ClaudGet is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Usage figures are shown as reported by Claude, Codex, and Grok and may be delayed or incomplete.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from this agreement or your use of the app. The developer’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms, or if your purchase is refunded or charged back. On termination you must stop using the app.
9. Updates
Updates to ClaudGet are included at no additional cost for as long as the app is developed. The app checks for them automatically; you can also choose ClaudGet → Check for Updates….
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go before the competent courts of the judicial district of West Flanders, Belgium, except where consumer-protection law lets you bring proceedings where you live.
