14 days, no questions
Request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, for any reason. With a 7-day free trial you can check ClaudGet works with your account before buying.
How to request
Email stormychel@me.com with your Gumroad order number or the email you bought with. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
After 14 days
Later requests are handled case by case. We generally agree within 60 days if ClaudGet stopped working through a change on our side, or on Anthropic’s, OpenAI’s, or xAI’s side that we could not fix.
When a refund is processed
- Gumroad marks the purchase refunded.
- Within about a day, ClaudGet notices at its next license check and stops refreshing.
