ClaudGet Privacy Policy
Short version
- No telemetry, no analytics, no tracking. The developer runs no ClaudGet server and receives nothing from the app.
- The app talks to claude.ai for your Claude usage, Gumroad to verify your license key, and michelstorms.com to check for updates. When you connect Codex or Grok, those providers’ own CLIs on your Mac talk to OpenAI and xAI.
- Your sign-in for each provider stays in your Mac’s Keychain. The widgets only ever see usage numbers.

The app does not send your prompts, conversations, name, email, or usage figures to the developer or anyone else.
Data stored on your Mac
- Keychain: your Claude, Codex, and Grok sign-ins, until you disconnect that provider.
- App Group container (shared only with ClaudGet’s own widget): the latest usage numbers, and a local diagnostics log of refresh outcomes. Credentials are redacted from it.
- Preferences: refresh interval, Dock visibility, trial start date, and license state.
None of this is uploaded. Disconnect removes the session and cached usage; deleting the app and its container removes the rest.
Purchases
If you buy ClaudGet, Gumroad processes the payment and holds your purchase record (email, order, license key). The developer sees what Gumroad shows sellers about a sale.
Children
ClaudGet is not directed at children under 13.
